What Three Goals Do You Want To Manifest in this New Year?

Whether you are in the online coaching program or not, it's so important to ask yourself what you want this coming year. Not what your resolutions are, but what you actually want to attract into your lives. It seems so simple that we need to ask ourselves what we actually want before we can have it, but so many people are so caught up in getting by and reacting to current circumstances that they don't take time out to actually get still within themselves and ask "What do I want to attract this year?" Most people never take a pen to paper and write the goals down.

In the online coaching program we are committed to helping you manifest your top three goals in the first year of the program through daily exercises and games, but the most important exercise of all is actually asking yourself, "What do I want to create this year? What are my top three desires?"

Why not do it now?

There's no better time than the New Year to get clear with the Universe on what you want to attract into your life. Get vibrationally focused and very clear on your goals, and you will attract the means to achieve them.

Gratitude is like a Muscle

Have you noticed that whenever you stop to notice all that's good in your life, you are surprised to notice all the wonderful things you tend to overlook? Our minds are so easily trained to focus on what's wrong that practicing the art of noticing what's right take some practice. It's like building a muscle.

At first, making lists of things to feel grateful for may feel awkward or seem contrived, but that is only because we are not used to noticing the good stuff. Just like the first time you lift a weight, it may seem awkward or too heavy. But after awhile it very much becomes a part of your life. Before long, practicing the art of gratitude becomes habitual and when it does, we reset our dominant vibrational out-signal to one of abundance, happiness, and joy.

When we don't notice all the good that is in our lives already, our gratitude muscle atrophies and we find ourselves feeling unfulfilled much of the time. However, when we practice DAILY gratitude, it's as if we build a strong healthy happiness muscle and what's very cool is we literally attract more things into our lives to feel grateful for.

Can you make practicing gratitude a daily part of your life? Can you make a small list every single day, taking the time to notice what's going right in your life already? If you make this small commitment, the pay off is so huge. Not only do you attract wonderful events into your life, you have a tangible, practical way to feel joy at will.

Good Will To All, Including Yourself

Don't you just love the holiday season with all the twinkling lights, crisp cool air, warm wishes from strangers, and songs about love?

I tend to feel peoples' predominant emotional vibrations around this time of year as Love, gratitude, and stress. When we choose to spend all of our time loving others and forget to recharge by loving ourselves, we can become stressed out. Remember that vibrating at love includes vibrating at self love as well. When we focus on love and self care, we will literally melt the stress away.

In this season of giving, remember to radiate the vibration of love and good will outwards and also to radiate love and good will vibrations inwards as well.

Tis the season to be jolly and jolliness comes from love, gratitude, and excellent self care.

So if you begin to feel a bit stressed this Holiday Season, why not take a nap by the fire, go for a nice stroll, have some hot tea, take a warm bath, or go see an uplifting matinee?

Self love creates a more loving vibrational out-signal to the world. And peace on earth begins with making peace with ourselves.
